FEB PBBSS ASSOCIATION. (Received 4,8.37 p.m.) Sydnby, May 4 The Interstate Eight Oar Race on Parramatta River resulted: —Victoria, 1; New South Wales, 2; South Australia, 3; Queensland, 4. Received 6, 6.10 p.m. Sydney, May 5. From a good start the New Sou' h "Wales crew went best away and maintained their lead to Blatuland Point, where the Victorians, whose form throughout was much superior to any of the other?, forged ahead. Toe local crew stuck manfully to the r work and 'made some good spurts towards the finish, but cjuld not overhaul the Victorians who won by a length and a quarter. Queensland and South Australia were practically out of it early in tke race. Six South Australian men originally chosen were sick and hid substitutes replacing them. Time, 17min. 42secs.
The Amiteur K culling Championship was won eas'ly Daley (New South Wales) who beat Slick (Q'uets'and).
