[PER PKESS ASSOCIATION.) Received 2, 9.16 a.m. LoHDOir, April 1. The Ophir arrived at Suez at 10 •'clock this morning and sailed again at 11.30 a.m. after reporting all well. The Ophir had a recerd passage through the Suez Canal to the Bitter ! Lake, where she was drained owing to an accident te a dredger hindering the passage and rendering it unsafe. The Ophir anchored during the night. The Ophir encountered the Imperial Representative Corps in the troopship Britannic ashore at Lake Quinsah. A party from the Ophir visited the Brittanic. On passing the troopship the Royal party were saluted by a guard of honour.

Tre Harbour Board have decided to erect one arch and decorate and illaminate tbe wharves at a total cast of £SOO.
