He wins £35, Belt, and gold medal, being hi^luM 1 ; score at the r.iDgp. Nelsoa also takes the Eitle Challenge Cup. Wilson, Woodviile, 37 ; to*al, 569. He wins .£25 and silver stir. A. Ballinger, 39 ; total, 567. He wins £ls and silver star. W. Loved-.)-, Weodville, 37 ; total, 566. He wins £lO and silver star. King, Oim.iru, 36 ; total, 566. He won £8 and silver star. Color-Sergeant Okey waa sixth. There are five prizes of .£5, and a similar number of £4 and £3. After the Belt was finished this morning the day was devoted to events for mounted men. The Lloyd-Lindsay competition was won by the Hastings; Mounted Rifles (£l2) with 210 points, the Alexandra men being second (£8) with 186. The nest campetition was leading and firing. This too was won by the Hastings men with 191, the Wairoa's two teams tieing with 183 aad getting second and tbird place. This finished the meeting as the gun rescue competition had to be abandoned owing to the absence of blank ammunition. The prizes were presented tonight, and now the Government take over all further meetings.
