[PBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] Manoawuka, March 21. Thos. Albert, publisher of the Mangaweka Settler was fined £2 and costs for publishing an advertisement of £IOOO for Is Art Union at Sydney. Tbe advertisement was cent him from the promoters and inserted in the ordinary oiurse.
