ROWDYISM OF FRENCH TROOPS. A BRITISH STAFF OFFICER ASSAULTED. (Received 18, 10.46 p.m.) London March 13. Owing to French soldiers creating a continuous rowdyism they have been forbidden to entsr the British Cencesaion at Tientsin unless on duty. Major Moekler, a British divisional staff officer, was assaulted in the Flinch Concession yesterday.
