He bad no cause for complaint against her, Drink was his corse. Through drink he could rot hjs emp'oyment. She applied <o the p urt at Hnwcq, o]i 22nd March, 18&3, for a maintenance order, which was granted, buh flin never i eceived any payment from her husband. There wern four children of tho marriage; the eldest was now 17 years of age. The petitioners'* fat ho- (Mr. Briscoe) and Mr. R. D. We'sh also gave evidence.
