The action of the Commissioner in granting the use of the honse on section 8, block 1, Mimi, to F. Bedford at Is per week was confirmed. Permission was pven to O. K. Three months extension of exemption from residence on section 14, block 7, Ng lire, was gi anted to J. W. Walsh. Leases were ordered (o be issued as submitted by the Commissioner. On reading the Rauger's report on section 3, block 9, Ngatimii.ru, it was decided wot to open it for sale at present.
