In the pro-Oathf-dral im address of welcome was presented to. the visiting Prelatrg. To-day a gre.it crowd »was at the c9iemony of blessing and laying 'the stme. Ii was a mo.t impressive ceremony, and cairied out with all pomp. Archbishop Redwood pleached in the pro-Ca'hedral in the morning and Awhoiahop Oarr in the evening. The umount laid on the foundation stone was nearly £2,000.
