CONDITIONS. Two crews to stark or 110 race. Three borfts to start or no second prize. All races to start punctually at. advertised time. Any boat not at 'he starting point at the proper tiuvt #ha!l te liable to disqualification for that, event. Protests must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after ihi race.
