EMPEROR REPUDIATES THE MANCHURIA TREATY, (Received 4, 9.46 p.m.) London, February 4. Digues |had a three hours' conference with Li Hang Chang. It is believed that Russia resists the execution of Prince Tuan or the punishment of the other Princes implicated beyrmd their baDishtnenf.
The Emperor has repudiatrd the Macchuri* treaty, and relesated ditf-ouet-ioB of the matter to St, Petersburg.
