PKIt PKESB ASSOCIATION'. Wellington, January 21. The workmon in the I'atorso workshops nre taking up a proposal to rnakj a pioßjntation to the lion. J. G. Ward in ackiiowledgmsnt of the recent in-crea-e in wages and a schema is being prepared by which oach railway employee throughout New Zealand will be given an opportunity of making a sixppnny contribution towards sentation fund. Apart from this it is the intention of the Petone men to organise a banquet to Mr Ward at which the presentation will probably ba made. Mwßts Fiaher and Wilford, M.'sH.R., are also to be presented with tokens of esteem on that occasion.
