The 'Friaco mail arrived in N«w Piympiitii last evening by tbo Ngapuhi and was soht on by special train at midnight. Mr. Newton King reports having aold Mr. J. SVyatt Lee's highly improved 500 acre farm, at Huirangi, to Mr. John Ocxhoad, at a satisfactory ligore. In common with all other fixtures the United Sunday School Picnic, te have been held to-day, has been indefinitely postponed. The date will be advertised as soon as arrangements havo been made.
