Notice appears in the Gazette that a new bye-law bus been made for regulating the admission ®f persons to railway platforms Under this bye-law it will not be lawful for any person to be upon a railway platform, fiftoen minutes< before or after the arrival or departure of a train, unless holding nn admission v.icket for which twopence is to be paid. New regulations are gazetted for the transport and delivery of lugeage belonging to railway passengers.
