Sxpusb delivery and special messenger ■arrices will. be established at New Flymouth Post and Telegraph Offices as from the Ist January :—The express delivery will cover letters and parcels not exceeding 81b. in weight, Jar which, an extra fee of 6d has been paid. The delivery is to be effected by telegraph messengers. The special messenger ssrvice means placing a messenger at the disposal of any Telephone Exchange anbaciiber on request being made, and a fee of 6d on the first mile, and 3d each additional mile up to two miles, or a time payment being made.
