FOREIGN RECOGNITION OF ANNEXATION.
[PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received 9, i.55 p.m.) London, December 8. Lord <CraHborne, speaking in the House of Commons, said that the precedente showed that foreign recognition of annexation was not dependant on justification of such act by the Power concerned. ' Notice was not necessary.
