(FEB PBHBB ASSeOIATIOH.J Dunhdim, November 23. The hearing of the case in which Miss Mackenzie claimed XIOOO damages from the Boslyn Tramway Co., was concluded to-day. The jury gave a verdict for the plaintiff tor £BOO, and judgment was entered up for that amount with costs, including two extra days at 10 guineas per day.
