She left the Breakwater at Ip.m. on Friday, and did not reach Wellington tilt ISO pun, on Saturday, 27$ hours. The Glenelg left port for Oounake on Saturday at daylight, returning to Hew Plymouth in the evening. The Gertie was due here yesterday, but was probably detained by the bad weather whioh prevailed on Saturday night. in the Trawling experiments to be made by the Government in Jannary, particular attention is to be given to the North Island coasts. i
