The jury returned a verdict of not guilty, a decision in which His Honor concurred. Richard Uunderwood and John Siddells pleaded not guity to a charge of having robbed md assaulted John Woadgate. During the hearing the case broke down, *nd by direction of the Bench, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty. Chuistcuuboh, November 15. At the Supreme Court to-day, Thomas Mubin was found guilty on a charge of libel, with a recommendation to mercy on acsount of his age.
