OFFER OF A NEW ZEALAND CONTINGENT. [PUB PBBSB ASSOCIATION.] (Becehred 4,5.41 p.m.) Sidney, November 4. The New Zealand authorities hare [offered 5® mounted men and three officers for the Federal celebrations. They ask if horses will be furnished here. Londoit, November 2, Detachments of the following troops proceed to Sydney: Household Cavalry, King's Dragoons Guards, 7th Hussars, 21st Lancaster, Royal Horse, Royal Field and Royal Garrison Artillery; pontoon, telegraph, and balloon corps of Royal Engineers; an infantry company each from the Guards, Highland Rifles and Fusiliers; a detaohment from the Coldstream, Grenadiers, Scots, and Irish Guards; Black Watch Highlanders, Light Infantry, Seaforth and Cameron Highlanders, Scottish Rifles, King's Royal Rifles; corps of the Irish Rifles, Rifle Brigade, Royal Fusiliers, Northumberla*d, Welsh, and Irish Fusiliers, West Surrey and East Kent Regiments, Somerset and Cornwall Light Infantry; detachments from the Army Service Corps, Army Ordnance Department, Royal Army Medical Service Corps, and Army Pay Department.
