SERIOUS CHARGES.
PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION, Dunedin, October 2, At the polica court to-day, Robert Donaldson was charged with distribute iog pictures of a grossly indecent nature. The first charge failed, as accused had handed pictures direct to one girl only, and that was held not to ba distributing, In a second charge, in which he had handed pictures to one girl aged 15 to hand to another girl, Mr, 0, C. Graham, S.M., characterised theofl'ence as an abominable one, and inflicted a sentence of one month. Notice of appeal was given.
