THE CAPE CABLE NEGOTIATIONS.
[PER PBES3 ASSOCIATION. | Received 2,1.20 a.m. Mblboubnb, October 1. The manager of the Eastern Extension Cable Co. states that the Company make no advances to the New South Wales and Victorian Postmasters to re-open the Cape cable negotiations, but are willing to allow the Eastern Colonies to subscribe to the agreement accepted by South Australia, and at once reduce the rates.
