THE TREASON BILL.
[pub pbbss association.] Cape Town, December 27. During a discussion on the Treason Bill in the Council, Mr. William Ross, member for Griqualand West, intimated bis intention, when the Bill is in Committee, to move for fifteen years' instead of five years' disfranchisement. Received 28, 11.20 p.m. Capetown, September 28. The CouQcil, by 13 to 8, read the Treason Bill a second time.
