Wellington, September 28. Sir Alfred Milner advises Mr. Seddon that Trooper G. W. Franks, Third Contingent, died of enterio at Capetown on 27th September. Franks was a farmer at Yaldhurst, Canterbury. His father resides in Yorkshire.
