PREPARATIONS FOR ANNUAL MEETING, PROPOSED TBAH FORBIBLBY. PUR FRBSS ABBOOUTIOK. Willujotom, September 19. Lieut-Colonel Collins is in communication with the Government to ascertain whether, in the event of the annual meeting of the Near Zealand Rifle Association being held at Wanganui early next year, the usual grant of ammunition and other concessions will be made. As soon as a reply is received the Council will be consulted as to the issue of a programme aid the date of the meeting. Lieut.-Colonel Collins is also moving in the matter of getting a grant from the Government to send a New Zealand rifle team to compete at the next Bisley meeting.
