(PEE rasas ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, September 17. The charges against Mrs. Mary Henderson are being heard in the S.M. Court. There are two counts, on# of malpractice and one of murder. Girls found in the house will be witnesses for the prosecution. They nro now in the hospital, aud, as thoy are unlikely to bo able to attend the Court for kouiu weeks, their depositions will uo taken. , liATKIt.
