Matters came to a climax by Mr. Sutter moving the adjournment of the Council last night, stating that he could not go on with the business, and that he had laid the position before the Premier. He declined to make a further statement till the Chambar met on Wednesday. Sir W. J. Lyne, interviewed, said he concurred with Mr. Suttor. There was no difference of opinion amongst Ministers.
