Edward Okey, Edward Nelson Lydeard Okey, and Alfred Hughes Arnold, who will henceforth carry on business in copartnership at New Plymouth, as -aforesaid, uuder the style of " Okey, Son & Arnold " and to whom all debts owing to trie said late partnership firm are to be paid, and by whom k\l the liabilities of the said partnership will be discharged.
