Edward Okey, Edward Nelson Lydeard Okey, and Alfred Hughes Art :ld, who will henceforth carry on business in copartnership at New Plymouth, as aforesaid, under the style of " Okey, Son & Arnold " and to whom alldebts owing to t f e said V-te partnership firm are to be paid, and by whom all the liabilities of the said partnership will be discharged.
