A BOER PEACE ENVOY ARRESTED.
A BIG STOCK OF GOLD AND ARMS SEIZED. (Received 21, 9.60 a.m.) London, July 20. Mr. Wolmarans, one of the Boer peace delegates to Europe, who took the oath of neutrality on his return to Hatherly, has been arrested there. Arms and six thousand bars of gold were concealed in his residence.
