1 l'tiptcy, knowing them to have been : dishonestly obtained, and also of stealing ,£1950, the property of the Official ' Assignee, part of the bankrupt estate , of Charles' Grant Daley, was oom- ■ inenced in the Police Gourt to-day. The sum of £1950 was unaccounted for when Daley was convicted under tho Bankruptcy Act. Evidence was called to prove that Ehrman had recently passed notes bearing the same numbers'as tjiose paid to Daley by the bank in payment of the missing £1950, I'he cae® i» part
