THE CHRISTCHURCH FATALITY.
[PEB PBESB ASSOCIATION.] Chkistchjkch, June 27. At tbe inquest touching the death of J. Y. Daly, who died as the result of a quarrel in High-street on Wednesday night, the jury returned verdicts of manslaughter against Divers and of Not Guilty against Trounson. At the S.M. Court, Divers was committed for trial.
