CHARGE AGAINST CONSTABLE FINNERTY DISMISSED. [per press association.] Auckland, June 25. The hearing of the charge of assault or, alternatively, mar slaughter agaiust Constable Finnerty in connection with tho death of Alfred Boonstra was finished to-day in the Magistrate's Court, The Magistrate found there was no case to send to the Supreme Court for trial, and Constable Finnerty! was accordingly discharged.
