[PBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] (Received 12, 9.50 a.m.) Sidnjby, June 12. The order confining the troops in the barracks as a result of the trouble with larrikins has been cancelled. The Premier has announced that he has had a proposal from a wealthy English syndicate to erect ironworks at Port Kembla immediately, at a cost of £500,000. The meeting of the A.M.P. Society demanded the withdrawal of the proxy issued with ballot papers enabling members to vote for or against the extension of the business, and appointed a Committee to receive proxy papers against extension and a subscription to cover the expense of opposing.
