[pee press association.] W KiLiNOTON, June 4. The April gold returns show a decrease on the previous year from £130,509 to £76,882. For four months of the present year the decrease is £40,546. The falling off is in Greymouth and Dunedin returns, the latter dropping from £61,750 in April, 1899, to £10,279. '
