Received 26, 9.15 a.m. London, April 24. In those districts held by the British the authorities hold lists containing the j names of twelve thousand Cape Colony and Natal rebels. [ Lord Roberts prohibited the circulation of the Dutch Afrikander organ I'he Ons Land t controlled by Mr. Hofmeyr, leader of the Bond. The Natal Times states a Boer plot was frustrated at the beginning of the war to explode a transport conveying two thousand troops. Policeman Jones, who gained notoriety over the murder of Edgar at I-Johannesburg, was killed in the battle at Modderspruit. The Afrikander Bond is angry at the result of the Sunnyside trial. Mr. Hofmeyr declares that Mr. Solomon, Attorney-General, is a traitor for prosecuting. Melbourne, April 26. Recently the Government informed the Agent-General that it had a couple of hundred surplus bushmen if required. Mr. Chamberlain has replied that the War Office is unable to accept additional oilers,
