Mr. Hay, American Consul at Pretoria, cabled that the men of the Chicago Bed Cross ambulances are serving in the Boer ranks instead of in the hospital, as promised. London, April 20. Prince Morgapb, a Circassian nobleman, was killed at Eoshof at the same time as Colonel Mareuil.
