SHE WILL NOT GO FURTHER THAN DUBLIN. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) (Received 19, 7.5 p.m.) London, A.pril 18. The Queen, fearing fatigue, foregoes her visit to Belfast, The newspapers commend the decision to remain in Dublin, which is a neutral city.
