[PEB J»BESS ASSOCIATION.] Piotun, "April 17. After the wretched weather in the morning there was a break during the afternoon, and the Regatta Committee decided to continue tho rogatta. It was not until ju*fc dark that the last event was rowed. Tho following are the results: — Junior Fours.—Picton, 1; Union, Wunganui, 2; Canterbury, 3. Won l>y hilt" a length. Stars and Wellington also startod. The former broke an oar. Time, 7miu. 53 4-st"h sees. Champion Double Sculls.—Canterbury, 1; Wellington, 2 ; Stare, Wellington, 3. Picton also started. Picton and Canterbury fought a desperate tinisli, but unfortunately the forma caused a foul just on tho pist, and the race was awarded to Canterbuiy, Time, 7min. 42i^cs. Champion Pairs.
