There was a counter claim for goods obtained at defenduit's , store, but this was barred by the Truck ; Act. > Aft or heaping evidence on both sides, r His Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for £lO 6s 3d. No costs were allowed. ; Dugald McLeod v. L. Wyllie. This also was a claim for £ll 19s 6d for wag s. Defendant counter claimed for goods supplied, but was barred as in the former ea*e. Judgment was given for £lO 4s 6i without costs, Matthew McLecd v. L; Wyll'.o, Plaintiff claimed for £26. Defendant ; counter claimed for £49 13s 41 fot titnbor, etc. t£is Worship give judgment for <ha plaiutitf for £23 15s with £4 2", and for the defendant on his coun 1 er claim £ll 10s, with coßts £3 Os 3d.
