Her Majesty reviewed 30,000 children in Phoenix Park, gathered from all parts. THE COLONY'S MESSAGE. Wellington, April 9. Mr. Seddon has received the following cablegram from the Secretary to the Queen, dated Dublin, Bth April:— " Queen gratified by New Zealanders', especially Irishmen's, sympathy, on ■ | splendid reception here."
