ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
(PER TRESS ASSOCIATION.). Wellington, March 31. An emery wheel in a blacksmith's shop at Masterton split, and one piece struck a man named Edkins on the back of the head, crushing the skull. The injured man, who recently came from Uhristehurch, is in a serious condition. The other piece of the wheel went through the foundry roof and fell 70 yards away without doing further damage,
