BOERS' DASTARDLY TACTICS. COMPLETION OF RAILWAY TO NORVAL'S FONT. (Received 31, 9.45 a.m.) London, March 30. English farmers at Ficksburg have been ruthlessly commandeered and imprisoned. Colonel Drummond, with 3000 mounted men and three batteries of artillery and pontoons, traversed Barkly West on Monday, his destination being kept secret. The restoration of the railway to Norval's Pont is completed.
