Chamberlatu, Secretary of State for the Colonies, has wired that the Secretary for War offers New Seuth Wales and Yictoria each ten Royal Artillery and twenty Infantry commissions; South Australia and Queensland each five Artillery and fifteen Infantry; Tasmania and Westralia each two Artillery and five Infantry commissions, the selections to be made by their respective Governments. =====
