ANNUAL REPORT Olf NEW ZEALAND ' RUGBY UNION. [PBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, March 22. The annual report of the Now Zealand Rugby Union states that it is proposed to amend By-law 6 in the direction of empowering the Management Committee to deal with disputes arising out of the reading of the bylaws of an affiliated Union, The committee thinks it necessary to make such an amendment, as numbers of disputes in connection with the reading of the different Unions' by-laws have had to be returned to the Unions on account of the New Zealand Union's by-laws containing no provision for dealing with such questions, The balance-sheet shows a credit of ,£22. 11 ' .■ ■ ' "
