THREATS BY KRUGER.
(Received 21, 9.25 a.m.) Lokdon, March 20, Upon hearing that rebels were to b« tried for treason President Krugw made threats, to which Lord Salisbury replied that if a British soldier w injured he (Kiuger) would be held personally responsible. Kruger said he despised Lord SaUV bury's threat.
