A CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.

Auckland, March 21. Elward Garratt.y, a cab-driver, was committed for trial on a charge of manslaughter. His horse was left for a short time in front of a. hotel. It bolted and killed Mrs. Dooley. Accused' reserved his defence, and was liberated on a bond to appear at the Supreme Court to take his trial.
