STARVATION AND MURDER. [rER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received 12, 9.30 a.m.) Sydney, March 12. News from the East states that the inhabitants of Mindoro and Marinduque, in the Philippines, are starving. Bands of robbers plunder the town. Many Spaniards and Filipinos have been treacherously murdered. S ; r Miguel Oalivera, a wealthy merchant, was buried alive and his eon murdered over his grave
