' The garrison of Mafeking is living on horse flesh and weevily biscuits. Lossh _ sinco the beginning of the siege an 290, including killed, wounded, and died of disease. Capetown, March 8. The Boers besieging Mafeking are raking the streets of the town with new siege gn ns. ' Typhoid and dysentery are prevalent in the town.
