AFFAIRS AT JOHANNESBURG.
STATEMENT OF A REFUGEE. (Received 1 1.24 a.m.) Albany, February 28. A passenger by the Medic, who remained at Johannesburg under the French flag till recently, states that the guns have been taken from the fort ; overlooking the town and sent to ( Sanderton and other places. The women and children have been removed in ■ anticipation of a British attack.
