[pee press association.] Auckland, February 27. At an inquest on McKillop, it was stated that the train which ran into the jigger was a special ballast train. A brother of deceased deposed that the latter was a total abstainer, and was insured in the Government Insurance Department. Ho could not account for his brother being on the line. After the jury had viewed the scone of the accident, the inquest was adjourned.
